Vacation Rates
Rates are per night stay and do not include taxes*, the $45 cleaning fee per stay or $25 pet fee, if applicable.
A refundable security deposit of $300 is required to secure your reservation.

Standard Rate
$90 per night, minimum 3 nights, plus taxes & fees.

Weekend Rate
$100 per night, Friday and Saturday, minimum 3 nights, plus taxes & fees.

Holiday & Festival Rate
$115 per night, minimum 3 nights, plus taxes & fees.
Christmas & New Years requires 7 night minimum. |
Summer Season
$130 per night, minimum 3 nights, plus taxes & fees. Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend.

*The City of Santa Fe requires a 15.3125% Lodger's tax and GRT/sales tax on stays shorter than 30 days.
